This is a small girl with big blue eyes and the longest eyelashes in the world. When Migloko‘s lips touch a microphone it‘s hard to believe that she‘s Miglė from Lithuania and not a princess from Soho.
It‘s difficult to describe Migloko‘s songs. Some say they remind them of Amy Winehouse stuff, some say they‘re more like Elvis Presley brought forward in time. But the artist isn‘t worried about what style her songs are attributed to. This girl‘s voice can sound childlishly naive in a background of retro melodies, while the light and erratic words bring out a pleasant dreaminess which begs us to stay just a little while longer.
Miglė is already considered to be one of the most promising artists in Lithuania. Having entered Lithuania‘s music scene several months ago, Migloko already has over 16 songs, each better than the one before, and is preparing to release a debut album.
When you hear this girl at the festival, hold on tight to someone‘s hand because you just might float away.
